Roltechnik has been established in 1991 and belongs to pioneer companies in the area of production shower enclosures, bath tubs and hydro massage equipment in the regions of Eastern Europe. Since beginning we are known for precious manufacturing not only in Czech Republic but also on the most competitive markets as Germany, Austria, and Switzerland etc. Presently our products are produced in 2 production plants in Třebařov and Červená Voda and are active in more than 20 Europeans markets. High market share together with philosophy to cover all segments of customer needs has resulted in segmentation of brands. Today we offer our products under 3 complete brands Sanipro, Roltechnik and Extreme Wellness. In accordance with growing potential of Eastern Europe as a region our strategy is based on building strong position especially in the Eastern European countries. We fulfill this strategy via own representation offices (Lithuania, Bulgaria) and daughter companies (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland). In January 2008 100% of shares in Roltechnik, spol. s r. o. has been transferred to the consortium of private equity funds Genesis Capital (www.genesis.cz) and Invest Equity (www.investequity.at). Strong financial background will help us to even intensify the expansion in the region of Eastern Europe and fulfill our vision of enjoyment brought by our products to new countries and territories.
